SECURE PAYMENT

SilkGifts arranges all payments through WooCommerce Payments and  PayPal. PayPal is easy and secure to use and you don’t even have to have a PayPal account to use it Follow the on screen instructions and enter your credit card details when prompted and all you need is to ensure you have adequate funds in your account.

DELIVERY

SilkGifts will dispatch your order immediately on receipt of PayPal’s confirmation.
Ireland Delivery Times: 3 to 5 working days.
Mainland UK Delivery times: 5 to 7 working days.

DUTY/TAX INFORMATION

All items are exported free of any Irish Taxes. and are not subject to any import duties within the European Union. Duty or other taxes on importation may be applicable in other countries; We are not responsible for any such importation charges or government fees. In this instance a clearance fee may also be levied by your local post office on each such dutiable parcel. Some Post Offices show this as “Additional Postage” or “Postage Due”.

ORDERS

SilkGifts will let you know if an item is not available at the time of your order and will send it as soon as possible. We aim to turn around orders very quickly. In stock items will normally be processed immediately, but you should allow 6 working days to avoid disappointment. If your item is not in stock it will be held on back order for you. We will email you with an option for you to cancel if you would rather not wait.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your order you can return the item for a refund within 14 days after receiving your order unless it is used or stained.

Please make sure your items are returned in the same condition you received them, unopened and undamaged in its original packaging.

Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs for returns. We recommend obtaining a receipt for postage when returning the item.

We will not disclose your name, address, email address or telephone number unless we have informed you, been authorised by you, or are required to do so by law, subject to the Data Protection Act 1988 and 2003
